This document covers terms and conditions for subscribing to a channel for receiving trading signals. Subscriber must read and agree all parts of this document as well as General Terms of Use before subscribing.
1. Subscribing to a channel is for receiving trading signals. Signals can be automatically executed on your MetaTrader® account.
2. Subscription is for one week for first time and one month from next time.
3. Subscription fee is received at the beginning. No refund is available after subscription.
4. Investing in financial markets involves High risks and is not recommended for most people. Channels in this site are not guaranteed for revenue. There is always a potential for losses bigger than the worst recorded. You must understand and accept these risks before investing. PipCast is not responsible for performance of channels. In event of loss, there will not be any refund.
5. Although this site has been under test for a long period and passed all check points, PipCast doesn’t accept responsibility about technical performance of site and software. In case of Internet problems, server failure, software bugs and etc., PipCast will not accept any responsibility about resulting loss and also there won’t be a refund.
6. PipCast doesn’t control the symbols that are traded in channels. There may be trades on symbols that are not available in subscribers MetaTrader® account.
7. Automatic extending: If there isn’t considerable activity in a channel for one week, subscriptions whom where with that channel for the whole week (from last Saturday 00:00 GMT) will be extended for one week. No activity means sum of absolute of revenues less than 0.1%.
